Place a tablespoon of Ranch Dressing  in the bottom of colored small cups, and fill with carrots, celery sticks and other veggies.  Place cups on trays or on multi-layered stand, as you would cup cakes. It is pretty and easy to carry around with you, and miss out on all those spills of a snack-filled flat plate.
