After a long day at work, I find it so relaxing to sip on my favorite glass of 'red' before dinner. I've acquired a taste for
red wine ever since I heard it was 'heart healthy'. I prefer the fruity 'reds' like merlot, shiraz, or a good 'ole table red.
I'm just as happy with a variety that cost less than $10 as I am with an expensive one.
When I'm in the mood for a little bit of cheese before dinner, I usually reach for a tangy goat cheese that I keep handy in the fridge.
I find that goat cheese complements and enhances the flavor of the 'red' I'm drinking, and besides it's much easier on the digestive
system than cow's milk. What can I say... I'm a health conscience guy :).
What about you? What's your favorite wine, and when and where do you most enjoy indulging?

Purple Moon Merlot, Shiraz or chardonnay for just 3.99 per 750ml bottle. this is just an execellent deal for wines like this. Pardon us for getting all moony-eyed over this one, but we haven't seen a wine this good at such a low price anywhere else. - See ya at Trader Joes

I would recommend Gamay Beaujolais. Charles Shaw is a winery Trader Joe's markets, and has a flavorful Gamay Beaujolais for under $10 per bottle. Have fun, Deborah10

I would recommend the Concannon Sirah or the Rothschild Mouton Cadet Red Bordeaux. While Mouton Cadet is just a basic Bordeaux, it is very good and carries the cachet of being a French wine. Sprouts carries it at around $8.50/bottle
