Organic Wines...

These days, "organic" is a nice way to go, especially if you're buying a bottle of this yummy red wine from Chile. Estate bottled by the DeMartino family, Nuevo Mundo has, as one might expect, a very earthy taste and dusty finish. Allow it time to breathe, and this relatively inexpensive vino will blow you away with its beautiful depth and subtle flavors of sumptuous blackberry fruit.

Granted, organic wines have not exactly made it to the top of Wine Spectator's list, but Nuevo Mundo is worth the trip to Whole Foods - the only place I've been able to find it. And with no sulphates in the mix, you'll wake up feeling super-duper rather than hung-over - and ready for another bottle of Nuevo Mundo. Yeah, it's THAT good!

Also another excellent Cabernet that I will share is one of my favorites and well known secret among wine lovers. The secret comes from the Keenan estate in Napa Valley and the bottle is its 25th anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy this wine and intoxicate yourself in black cherry with an earthy taste. This wine gets better till the bottles last drop so give it 10-15 minutes to breath. And as always with any secret make sure to pick up two.
